Company on-site verification of water conservancy metal structure product production license enterprises
From April 28th to 30th, 2009, the Water Conservancy Metal Structure Product Production License Review Department of the National Industrial Product Production License Office conducted an on-site review of the company's production licenses for six products: gates, trash racks, and cleaning machines. The review team, headed by Director Mu Xin Fang, strictly followed the requirements of the "Implementation Rules for Water Conservancy Metal Structure Product Production Licenses" and the "On-site Verification Methods for Water Conservancy Metal Structure Product Production License Enterprises." The review rigorously examined the company in seven aspects: quality management responsibilities, provision of production resources, human resource requirements, technical document management, process quality management, product quality inspection, and safety protection. At the final meeting on April 30th, the review team informed the company of the review results: the declared products meet the requirements of the "Implementation Rules," and the on-site verification was deemed qualified.
