Construction of the Beihai City Daguansha Sewage Treatment Plant recently commenced. The total investment is approximately 83.63 million yuan.


The Dai Guan Sha Sewage Treatment Plant project in Beihai City is located south of Yin Tan Avenue and north of Jin Hai Coast Avenue. It covers approximately 80 mu (approximately 5.3 hectares) and is designed to process 20,000 tons of sewage per day in the near term and 55,000 tons per day in the long term. The project is constructed by Beihai Yin Tan Development Investment Co., Ltd. In the near term, the sewage treatment plant will serve the planned Fengjiajiang New Town and Yin Tan East areas, with the core area being the university park and administrative area in Yin Tan East, covering approximately 5.33 square kilometers. It covers an area of approximately 80 mu and is designed to treat 20,000 tons of wastewater per day in the near term and 55,000 tons per day in the long term. The project is constructed by Beihai Yintan Development Investment Co., Ltd. It is understood that the Daguansha Wastewater Treatment Plant adopts the DE oxidation ditch process, with deep treatment using a "mixing + clarification + filtration" process. The effluent is disinfected using ultraviolet light, and the sludge is treated using a mechanical dewatering process. The treatment standards are in accordance with the Class A standard of the "Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Urban Wastewater Treatment Plants" (GB18918-2002), with a construction period of two years.
