Yunxian County in Hubei Province receives central government investment of 45.5 million for water pollution control

The water pollution control project in four townships including Yangxipu Township in Yunxian County, Hubei Province, has received 45.5 million yuan in central budgetary funds. The project involves sewage treatment projects in Yangxipu, Chadian, and Wufeng townships, and a landfill project in Nanhuatang Township, with a total investment of 52.5 million yuan, including 45.5 million yuan in central budgetary investment and 7 million yuan in local investment. The total scale of the sewage treatment projects in Yangxipu and other two townships is 0.4 million tons/day of sewage treatment, and 17.38 kilometers of sewage pipelines will be constructed; the scale of the Nanhuatang Township landfill project is 42 tons/day of garbage treatment, with a capacity of 291,300 cubic meters.
