The XDSG type moving track bar screen cleaner is generally used in channels with a deeper depth and a width no more than 2m. It belongs to a coarse screen cleaner with larger gaps between the bars, generally 20~100mm.

The XDSG screen cleaner is a three-cable screen replacement product independently developed by our company, introducing advanced foreign technology. It uses a single steel wire rope and a hydraulic push rod device to control the radial movement track, and the driving motor drives the steel wire rope reel to extend and retract the steel wire rope, so that the cleaning rake bucket moves up and down along the track to complete the process of opening the rake - dropping the rake - closing the rake - raising the rake - unloading the residue. This avoids the problems of tangled ropes and rake bucket bar collisions caused by different steel wire rope extension amounts and axial movement of the rake bucket in three-cable screens. The equipment can operate fully automatically, reducing the failure rate and improving the cleaning and residue removal capacity.

Working principle

The cleaning rake bucket is in the open position and descends along the track to the bottom of the channel well. Under the action of the hydraulic push rod, it closes the rake, scoops the intercepted screen residue, debris, etc. into the rake bucket, and then the lifting component moves, causing the rake bucket to rise to the discharge port, where the residue is discharged with the help of the discharge device. The rake bucket stops rising and opens, completing one cycle of action. The control signal waits for the command of the next cycle of action and operates continuously.
