Product Description
The XFHG bar screen cleaner is generally used as a medium or coarse bar screen machine and is an improved replacement for rotary bar screen cleaners.
XFHG bar screen cleaners are widely used in the intake or pump stations of water supply, drainage, municipal, and water conservancy projects, especially in situations with a large amount of sediment accumulation. Their function is to remove larger floating objects (such as branches, plastic bags, animal carcasses, etc.) from the incoming water, ensuring the sustainable operation of downstream equipment.

Working Principle
The teeth are fixed to the chain, which runs along the guide rail. The teeth descend from the rear of the bar screen, run to the front of the bar screen from the bottom, and scoop up the floating objects blocked by the bar screen from bottom to top to the discharge port, where they are discharged into a sludge truck.
The control system is fully automatic. It can start and stop automatically according to the time, or it can operate automatically using a water level difference meter based on the water level difference before and after the screen. In the event of excessive torque, it will immediately alarm and automatically shut down. It can operate unattended.
