XGSL high-speed filter

Sample download of high-speed filter High-speed filters are very suitable for purifying the turbid water (containing iron oxide scale and oil) from rolling and continuous casting in steel enterprises, as well as for side filtration in circulating systems. When equipped with program control, the high-speed filter can realize fully automatic operation of multiple units. The selection of filter materials is exquisite, and high filtration speed and large flow rate can be achieved under the same conditions of effluent water quality and tank volume. Working principle Raw water flows into the tank and passes through the filter material from top to bottom to intercept oil, suspended matter, etc. in the raw water, and the filtered water flows out of the tank. When the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet water increases, the filtration speed slows down, and the effluent decreases, the backwashing device works and backwashes.

Product Description

High-speed Filter

High-speed filters are ideal for purifying wastewater (containing iron oxide scale and oil) from steel rolling and continuous casting processes in steel mills, as well as for side filtration in circulating systems. When equipped with program control, multiple high-speed filters can be operated fully automatically. With careful filter media selection, high filtration rates and large flow rates can be achieved with the same effluent water quality and tank volume.
Working Principle
Raw water flows into the tank and passes down through the filter media, trapping oil, suspended solids, etc. The filtered water then flows out of the tank. When the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet water increases, the filtration rate slows down, and the effluent volume decreases, the backwashing device operates to flush away the impurities adsorbed on the filter media, ensuring the normal operation of the filter.
